Cast - in - place

This method includes creating forms encasing wood structure or building plywood forms pressed against wood wall structures. Once forms are set, the mixed raw product of (Hemp Hurd, Lime, pozzolan, and water) is filled into the forms cavity. Once filled, the product is compacted with tools to meet density value. Once completed, forms will be striped and moved to the next level.

Hemp stackable blocks

This method includes pre-cured block that is template to measure between 2x4,6,8 wood structures, with various spacing of 16” on center or 24” on center. this allows for teams to build faster enclosures. Already cured block allows for immediate plaster, versus cast in place method. Block application is adhered to each other with various methods, such as lime mortar, subfloor glue.
